Man I dont want to finish this art project. My x-acto blade is dull, I feel as if I'll never finish. and it still looks dumb. So to waste some time I'm going to post this recipe. for a simple breakfast.

From the healthy college cookbook

Ingredients
1 egg beaten
1 bagel of choice, toated ( i prefer sesame or egg but that's me)
1 tbsp of shredd low fat mozzarella cheese
salt, pepper and cayenne to taste

Procedure

1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg and cook, stirring gently, until firm and dry
2. While the egg is cooking, slice and toast bagel.
3.Spoon the eggg onto one bagel half. sprinkle the cheese on top and heat in the microwave (or broil) until the cheese is melted. season with salt, peepr and cayenne

close like a sandwich and enjoi

chef's notes: if you know how to make japanese style omelet, sweet. It is especially good as well. Hmm I should post that sometime later today.
