So now that i'm back in the boro I am back to updating this blog... I so did not disappear. My internet is just not with me in Arkansas and Augusta. I brought back a few cookboooks from my library at home and I also bought a few cookbooks. I swear few people under 40 have more cookbooks than me. I just was wondering if there were any 'pacific' type of recipes y'all would like to see. (yes I realised i used y'all but i did mention i'm from NC and GA correct?)
Basic Microwave cooking- shows how to make things you wouldn't believe in the mircowave. I've tried 40% of the recipes. and also basics of microwave cooking.
Hostess with the mostess - I have a thing for retro cookbooks this has a lot of edible retro recipes that are the medium to diffcult skill level. but the ones i've tried iare realy good and classic.
Thai cooking - obvious easy to medium a few hard to find ingrediants if you don't live near an Asian neighbourhood
Seventeen cookbook - yes like the mag. only from 1964. i've had this book forever basics and retro easy to difficult
Fairy cakes - okay it's a book full of cupcakes... y'know I like cupcakes
so give me your input and I'll try to add some in to the other recipes i've been collecting and creating. Oh and on the video demos. Look for that in February okay? I've got to get a cord to connect to the PC.
