We Are All Dead

So here I am enjoying a delicious bowl of pasta. Yet here I am really wanting some delicious chicken. I have been trying out the whole vegetarian thing lately. The reasons are ethical, comical, and because I wanted to see how it was. I gotta hand it to anyone who is a healthy (keyword there) vegetarian or vegan. It's pretty rough, especially on campus dining plans.
Its been about a week and a half now and I have only slipped once...I ate 3 pieces of orange chicken while I was drinking. Damn me and my love for chinese food. Well, the way it has worked is that I go to Hibbs and everything there is gross anyway so I don't eat the meats. There I'm able to stick to the diet. However when I get home, it is a battle between the stomach gods and the meat gods. I would really like to dig in to some fresh chicken, but I don't.

Sure I'm not a big fan of the practice that the U.S. uses to raise and slaughter. Unfortunately, nothing else is faster and easier to mass produce the necessary amount of foods. So here is what I am thinking. Maybe I should take a step back. Cut out red meat first and work from there? I need input here people. I mean it is a healthier choice is it not?
