So I have orientation today at Ruby Tuesdays. I am excited. I will be working at a real job (Sammis Deli was hardly a real job), and with two friends to boot. Hopefully I can get my training out of the way so I can make my own cash soon. Lord knows I need that green. I got bills to pay and all that. Word.
Band goes into the studio July 1-3rd. It should be good times. We have been writing a lot of new material, some more slowed down, others more technical. They all add a lot of diversity to our set I think. Everyone who can needs to come to our show on JULY 7TH at NEW BROOKLAND TAVERN. It is our first headlining show. Granted, it is an early show, the doors are at 5PM, but if we do good that night it will open up more headlining possibilities. Plus, EVERYONE wants to come see our new material!
I love being in Columbia for a couple of reasons, but really one main one. People. Here in Columbia I have my girlfriend Gracie that I love and my best friends here. I miss family, but I know have these people here, and my own place.
