Ahh, the age old retarded male manliness contest. It's funny, cause even if you win, you lose. It's great when manliness and the definition of male are boiled down to these really sad shallow penis waving contests, hahaha.
The same can be said for feminity... even if you win, you lose.

If only distorted dilluted gender stereotyping could prove your worth as a human... actually, I don't wish for that at all, hahaha, cause then things would be even crappier for gender identity than they are now hehehe.

Sounds like you guys had a strange brew party last night, hehe.

I think men should pull out their cocks and measure them while wrestling and playfighting each other more often. It's male bonding at it's prime, and it's prime-time entertainment for me and my kind.

Applied to Colin in specific... well, I'm not so sure, plus teenagers are usually gross but in general yea, it's awesome.

Freedom to participate or not is of course up to the individual but puritan androgeny isn't really something I se the need to promote.

That said... stealing into someone else's LJ and proclaiming one's pimphood... isn't so manly as it is more cute, like how an imp is sometimes considered cute.

Haha, I'm sure you'd like it if all men wrestled naked all day... hehe.
I think there is a difference between male bonding/play and judging/measuring other people by their ahenernce to gender stereotypes, which is what I have a problem with. Especially the damaging distorted stereotypes that currently exist. I actually have a lot of problems with what society has distorted into the identity of "man", especially cause it promotes really dangerous and frequently violent behavior as well as sexual assult/harassment of women.
Plus, machoism is usually a really immature expression of gender identity and usually causes way more harm than good. I think people can choose to define their own gender in relation to their personality and all that, but peer pressure and exaggerated stereotyping are not what I call "finding yourself".

Oh yea I hear THAT~~~~~ Machoism =/= manliness nor is it a god-given norm that all males in the world should prescribe to (nor is there anything of that solid objectivity in the realm of gender roles). I'm just saying that a healthy dose of rough-housing and cock-measuring isn't so bad as long as people take it in light-hearted spirit. Guy-bonding and man-crushes are an integral part of male social interaction (of the non-homosexual variety I mean, not that I'm against bonding of the homosexual variety either).
