someone sold me a damaged product (buffy season one box set -- it looks mauled) on ebay and won't respond to any of my messages so apparently i can't return it and i am out of twenty-something dollars. what should i do? i know it could be worse but i am super anal about my DVD cases, bah. BAH BAH BAH!
i learned something new in genetics; apparently chromatids are also chromosomes if there's only one chromatid and attached to the centromere... so in G1 of prophase I there are 46 chromatids and 46 chromosomes and then in G2 there are 46 chromosomes but 92 chromatids, etc. weird.
i'm waiting to hear if i can get into a research project or not. i'm always paranoid that my application got lost in the mail but i'm sure it didn't. i hope that i can get into 'the function of bird colors' (biological sciences), 'instrument development: manipulating single molecules on surfaces' (chemistry & biochemistry), or 'development of new drug candidates for tumor imaging, diagnostics, and therapy' (chemistry). that would be suuuupes goods/funs.
gosh, i'm boring.
