Ze pie, she is a cruel mistress...

Hokay. So. I am a terrible updater who gets distracted by shiny things and wanders off for months at a time. This is nothing new. I will try to curb my ADD behavior in the future. (unlikely since I actually HAVE ADD but hey, a girl can lie right?) Thinking about what's happened since my last proper post makes me flail in my head so I'll just put down the bullet points.
-smaller boobs!
-sister went to college and came back a week later!
-gasukans!
-turned 21!
-discovered budding love of vodka!
-attempting to date an actual human being with... mild success!
-y-con!
-Bellingham!
-failed attempt at a Disneyland trip! (not that I already went twice this year or anything)
-impeding apartment with Sally!
-SMALLER BOOOOBS!

... apparently Chili is a very boring person who hasn't actually done all that much lately. She clearly needs to win the lottery so she can quit her boring as hell job and focus on actually, you know, doing crap. Or something.

Anyvays, a couple of Saturdays ago I went to Seattle dressed as Lithuania (hetalia!) along with America (Sally), Britain (Brette), Canada (Danielle), and Italy (Yuki). There were supposed to be like, twice that many people but oh well.

In Westlake there was some kind of protest between the crazy jesus people with giant signs and gay rights activists. The police were there and everything. Some of the jesus people had unintentionally hilarious signs such as the one I wanted Russia to pose with (Amanda, who unfortunately couldn't come) which said 'what will it profit to gain the world and lose your soul?'. Also, apparently Jesus hates -along with fornicators, sodomites and baby killers- sports nuts. I have no adequate explanation for this. As we were leaving the area a guy came up to me and wanted to talk about gay rights and in my head I was thinking 'DUDE TRUST ME I SUPPORT YOU. CHECK MY RECENT PURCHASES AND INTERNET BOOKMARKS IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME.' We then proceeded to walk around and take pictures, etc etc.

Also went to the November Gasukan and decided that I will apply for UW some day just so I can officially hang out in that library. I have also apparently turned into my mother, as I spent a fair amount of time gushing over the pritty architecture (although as long as I am unable to identify chairs by historical periods I think I'm good on the whole like-my-mother thing). After the awesomeness of the day (WEDDING PHOTOS!!!!) we ventured out into the streets of the U District with nary a map or local resident. This turned out to be an obvious mistake. A bunch of us wound up going to a noodle place in this outdoor mall for dinner which I know annoyed the other car full of people who went to another place (sorry guys!), but I was very carsick by that time so I was just happy to be on my own two feet. Turns out that giant mall we were at is almost directly behind the apartment complex Sally and I plan to move into. Therefore I will blanket the stores with my resume as soon as I'm able. Especially the Barnes & Noble... (is a total book nerd).

Also, all of my original cosplay plans for Sakuracon appear to have fallen through but it's all good and it looks like my alternatives are going to be epic. :)

Other things have also happened but I think I'll stop now since my hands are kinda cramping. I'm planning on spending the rest of my night looking up Stargate fics, so if anyone wants some recs, let me know. Night all!

P.S. I finally put all my pictures in a photobucket account!

pictures, hetalia, apartment, laziness, gasukan, cosplay
