Since I returned from Europe I avoided reading email and lists until this evening. So I found out just a few minutes ago that Atlantia has lost one of our shining stars. Arielle was the epitome of what a Rose is. She was Courtesy embodied. She was incredibly strong in the face of cancer. Her strength inspires me even now. She never stopped fighting, never gave up. This loss affects all of us...,many people supported Arielle with their wishes and friendship, and she had the gift of a husband who adored her. My condolences go out to his Grace Duke Valhalric for his tremendous loss. There are no words.
Arielle was a true gem of Atlantia and our kingdom is darker this eve for her passing. I will always remember her smile and her huge heart that always had a moment and a kind word for anyone. She had an infectious laugh and loved to laugh. I did not know her as well as some, but I will treasure the amount I did know her.
It is a dark day for Atlantia. The heavens have another brighter star this night, may her Grace rest in peace.
