Iced green tea.
I just got out of a nice long shower. Hence my livejournal-restricted mood, refreshed.
My friend from work, Leanne, turned me onto these little phenomenon that is iced green tea. I take mine with a ton of honey and two splenda. Brew two green tea bags in a tall mug that can take the heat with the honey and artificial sweetener then after the stuff is dissolved and the tea has steeped enough AND everything is cool.. pour the mixture over a ton of ice. In a cup, of course. Its so good for you and semi tasty. My thing lately has been trying to get myself healthy. Between infrequent trips to the gym, exercising at home once in a while, drinking green tea and water anddd eating my veggies, I think I'm doing pretty well.
Am I failing to mention the Blood Brothers show last night?
I danced through their entire set. I got a cramp and I sweat more than I thought was possible. Patrice also punched me (by accident), that bitch.
theretrospective kids were in full force. Gitamba and I interviewed The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower before the show in the creepy ass backstage basement thing. But more about all that on the site later. HA.
