bonjour, ca'va and what not lj peoples!

being a 2nd year at uni now i feel alot more, well i wouldn't say cocky, but more funky and older! myself and my housemates like to play spot the fresher hehehe! but seriously the changes between this year and last year is soo much, but it for the better!
i have my own house! woo!

It all depends on what kinda stuff you wanna see. Big cities are always good... like San Francisco.... omg, just today i was talking to my friend aboot sanfran!!! i've always wanted to go there! whats it like living there? is it all hustle and bussle because like where i live its kinda slow and easy going! you make it sound sooo amazing! :D lol, have you ever seen the "homeward bound" movie? heres this one where there in sanfransico and i saw that when i was 8 and have wanted to go there ever since! :D

... i wanna go travelling now! :D you've done a good job of selling it!! i'll be on the west coast though, is the train a good way to get there or is the plane better??? also can you surf in san fran because i've always wanted to know how to surf!

XD Yea, I've seen that movie acutally! Its a lot of both, depending on where you are. I'm at school at SF State, and its pretty layed back here, as it is in the park, but in the city there are tons of people and although you can just wonder around and take your time doing stuff its also fun to go from one activity to the next really fast. It all depends on what you want to do really ( ... )

woah, san fran sounds amazing!! i've never been to the east coast heheheh, your uni sounds alot like mine! like nottingham university is a campus on with a huge lake and green hills and loads of trees round it!

well, basically i've got like a month to travel round the US after i've done all the summer camp stuff and travelling on the train might be loads of fun! i do really wanna goto hollywood in LA then hottail it up to san fran and maybe seattle! this is such a dream vacation! :D

i really wanna goto alctraz and go on one of the trams down a big steep hill in san fran *goes to daydreamy world*

XD Actually the campus isnt that pretty, but we are right next to a lake and golf course, so thats kinda pretty. Golden Gate Park is kinda far away, not that far, a little less than 10 minutesish if you drive... but yea. If you have Google Earth you can actually take a look. Actually I never thought of that before... using Google Earth to help plan vacations... But it makes alot of sense because you can actually see where you are going, and what is around there before you go.

heheh your uni is next to a golf course? hheehe thats funny, ours is near this huge tabacco factory where all the ciggarettes in the uk are made!!!

Yea, Goggle Earth is really cool, especially because you can turn on little markers, and tranportation and stuff, so you can see how far away you are from things. You can also get directions from it, and it will talk you along the rout instead of just showing you a line. Its pretty awesome.

XDD Reallly? itsn't it kinda nasty, like arent there tons of fumes or something?

googleearth is really cool, like you can see my parents house on it and you can see my mum's car outside it! it's sooo funny!! but you can only really get all that stuff like the transport etc etc for america... they don't really have it for england! it's still cool though, i need to download it and try and find my nottingham house! :D

i kinda like the smell, because its not being burnt its the way it smells like rolling tabacco! it's funny though!
