the mustery shopper came in july, when i wasnt working there, so obviously the score would be really crap innit. coz my customer service skills are so advanced, the quality of our service has gone up innit

my manager goes if someones rude, be rude back to em lol. but she left today so i dont think she gives a fu*k !

i started work at bhs on august 2nd, 12pm. so there.

managers are cool man they got my back coz they love me so much. im an asset to the company :D
