Writer's Block: Dressed to Impress
Hands down, Penelope Cruz was the best-dressed. She looked so pretty and her dress was amazing. When I saw Anne Hathaway on the red carpet I absolutely loved her gown, too. So, Penelope Cruz wins but Anne Hathaway is right behind her, in my book.
Beyonce, on the other hand, wore the ugliest dress and I was pretty surprised because she's usually stylin'. When I saw Miley Cyrus last night I was like "wow her dress is kinda cool" but as I look at pictures today she looks like a complete fool.
