- The B.Sc. Nursing program offered at our main campus having now met it's enrolment quota, we therefore offer you the same program at the Algonquin - Woodroffe campus.
- You must submit an attestation of completion of a CPR Certificate at level C (child, adult; one and two rescuers) valid for the entire school year.
- You must submit a proof of a Police Record Check BEFORE the beginning of classes to the Clinical Coordinator, School of Nursing.
- You must submit the Faculty of Health Science Immunization form once completed by a doctor or a nurse. See the enclosed "Immunization Procedure" for details.
