Hey girl, move a little closer
-o-Thank you guys for your comments on my last entry. I didn't mean to be all emo, especially since I'm the type of person who normally just laughs off my problems. (Maybe I've been doing that for too long...?) Anyway, you guys are awesome, and much better at saying encouraging things than I can ever be.
-o- Anyway, it occurred to me that something momentous occurred on January 3rd and I completely, totally forgot about it. It happened to be the birthday of Mr. Laguna Loire, probably one of my all-time favorite characters. And I've been meaning to draw some commemorative portraits of my favorite characters, it's just a pity I missed doing that on his bday. |D Derp. (For the curious, Schwann Oltorain from Tales of Vesperia is also on the list.)
-o- Lastly, I won't be having an Artist Alley table for the Phoenix Comicon this year, unfortunately. RavynCrescent asked sometime late last year if I'd be interested in sharing, to which I agreed. And I'd gotten together a list of prints to make. But apparently they lost her money. And now all the tables are filled up. :( I really hope she gets her money back.
So I will still be attending as many days of PCC as I can; I have no idea what my school schedule will be like then (it changes every 11 weeks, my current one lasts until March 27 and then it changes again, and I don't break for summer until early/mid June). I plan on having Iceland done by then (I need white boots, darnit) as well as Children's Day! Canada (who is coming along nicely, though if anyone has a simple, easy pattern for making a vest I'd love to see it *_*), and maybe Battle!Quistis Trepe (my roommate is making it for me as a belated Christmas gift).
So if you guys would still like prints of anything feel free to inquire anytime.
Okay now I seriously gotta get back to work. I have to recreate an Old Master's painting for Art History and I totally blanked on that assignment for some reason.
