Day 1: 220lb
Day 91: 199lb

Yup. This program is the real thing.

Just about everything is improved. Less mass, more muscle, better physicality overall. At no point did I just breeze through any point of this program, it was all hard work. It's really sad that there are still people out there who just don't know how simple something like this is--the guys at Beach Body have done all the thinking for you, you just need to show up.

So I'm going to take a week off, go at it again, and aim for a goal of 185-190. I will tweak a few things here and there out of personal preference. I will substitute Intervals+ instead of Plyometrics on some Tuesdays, Core Synergistics instead of Legs/Back on some Fridays, and not worry about doing Ab Ripper X three times a week. I mean, I still got some fat to lose before they'll be visible, and my core is pretty strong as it is. If I'm going to work it out, I may as well do a total body workout instead of a massive amount of crunches.
