Happy Thursday!
So today i'm walking down the hall from my french class and i feel this wet spot on the back on leg, and i'm like umm ok, it's not raining inside, and then i feel my backpack and it's soaked. Apparently my water decided to untwist it's cap, resulting in me having wet pants and my books being drenched. Wonderful, now all my jibberish franglais notes will be even more unclear. Anyways today was an extremely boring french class, in which my only entertainment was in the form of birds tweeting near the window. They resembled the sound u might find on those bird cds, not that i own any of them, but maybe u do. So my prof told me my paper was assez bien, what the hell is assez bien, well if u know french, u know, but it seems like kinda another way of saying this was a mediocre piece of crap. Well the exact translation is kinda good, but really what is kinda good? It's pretty relative i'd say, o well. So I don't have anything due tomorrow, so that's a nice thing, although i do have get up at 7 to go to the middle school, and i have 4 papers due next week. The craziness just never ends. Most likely i am going to escape this weekend to be amongst sane people for a bit. My original intention was to go to the marathon on monday, but now i'm not sure, and plus i have a paper due, yes i am a slave to the papers. Also there was a slight chance of venturing to the cape this weekend, which i guess could be made a reality, if the weather decides to be warm, in which i can vedge out on my deck writing papers on my laptop (which i know if an oxymoron) whilst getting a burn. That my friend, would be an ideal situation. One can only hope. As for friday, which is tomorrow, wow, weird, and i thought this week would never end, i will be attending karate since i need to keep my word, something i don't do too often, maybe i'll turn over a new leaf. I find it very funny when i claim to of turned over a new leaf, while knowing full well nothing has changed in the slightest. Then as for the night time, some hanging out with some people in the form of i don't have a clue will occur. As for next week, i'm getting my award on thursday, which would be exciting if i was getting a statue, but i doubt it. At best, some plaque or even better a piece of paper saying good job amanda, ur a good french student, keep up the good work. Ha, ironically i haven't been trying at all since i found out i was getting the award, probably would be the reason for that assez bien. Well i really should go eat since it is lunchtime cause class is soon after. I should get some coffee cause i feel slightly zombiesque. Catch ya later!
