Who I Am
This is my first livejournal post. After years of resistance, I've caved to the dark side and created an account.
I'm into fanfiction and I admit that I created a livejournal account just to read some of the wonderful fics out there. I'm not a writer and prefer to lurk to read those gorgeous fics by other talented people. I occasionally de-lurk to comment on fics but I tend to do it on sites like fanfiction.net and Archive of Their Own.
I love Star Trek, especially the rebooted Original Universe (hence "thecapandbones" as my username) and the TNG series. I wouldn't consider myself a Trekker but I do own a couple of T-shirts to show my devotion:)
I recently got addicted to Queer As Folk after stumbling upon some videos on Youtube (HOT!). My only regret is that the series completed its run for 8 years before I even realized it existed.
