Had a pretty cool weekend. Went to see Dan in Toronto on Saturday Night. Train ride down was pretty gloomy, but after meeting up with Dan and heading to a nice little restaurant in Kensington Market, I cheered right up.
So there was that
that happened in Toronto on Saturday. Apparently you could see it from Niagara. It's a weird feeling to know exactly where you were the second something happened. In this case we heard the explosion from a party downtown.
The next day Dan and I chilled at his place before heading out to see a cabaret based on the Westboro Baptist church, called "The Fred Phelps Project" . It was hilarious. I especially thought the Ann Coulter dance of seven veils and the "God Hates Figs" scenes were particularily side-splitting. Headed home yesterday then met up with T-dawg where we went to the Hamilton Mall. Picked up a nice pair of Ray Bands.
That is about it. I am really looking forward to Feral! and the start of school.
