Lol ok I'm going exactly what you're going through mister last year I put on 2 stone (hence no photos) and so I decided to get in shape, just like you I did the whole bulimia thing, just like you I gain and lose weight too sensitively. I also starved myself just like you.
I lost consciousness and nearly choked on my vomit because I was so weak and nauseous.
So just to let you know starving yourself does not work. Your body will eat the fat left in your body and deprive it of nutrients, my friend a nutritionist has also confirmed, starvation such as yours is partly WHY your metabolism will gain weight quickly as you deprive it so it clings onto everything you give it.
So I decided (how stupid is this) to cut out fatty foods, eat a big breakfast (fruit, or a cooked breakfast, orange juice is important) a lunch consistin of either salad (banana is good for carbs that time of day) or a sandwich - drink nothing but orange juice and water, cut out soda. Dinner shud be the smallest meal, meat and eggs are good for protein grilled for minimum fat. Treat yourself one day a week to something real real good.
Excersise is good, jog for 20mins, 20 pushups a day maybe easy shit. Started Jan7th, as of today I've lost over a stone and developed sum muscle. if you weigh yourself only do it in the morning.
Try it. I dont want you uberdeath when I see you :-*

I think I know what you mean, Daz. That's why I'm giving this diet only two weeks. It's not a forever thing. I am soooooo lazy. :c I don't wanna work out, except crunches which I love. :p
