Cake 6

My chocolate buttercream is awesome.   YUM-O!  I'm thrilled with how nice and smooth I got the chocolate frosting as well.  However, I can't seem to ever get my decorator icing the right consistency.  My blue is almost too thick and it made doing the roses difficult.  The chocolate roses are too thin and they got a little gushy.  I'm about done with frosting, bring on the fondant so I can get working on flowers the way I want to!
