Hello again to those who know me. Hello for the first time to those who don't. I am the law in this City. Remember that.

To those who have come back I ask them not to pull any more stunts at the Palace. I'd rather not endure the City changing again.

Your "law" and the city's "law" are very different things.

Law in either definition is the just and swift enforcement of laws of a nation. If one allows such flowers to grow and a maze to appear... one must wonder at the state that you believe your "law" to be.
