(no subject)
So on wednesday I got an email from the Taiwan Ministry of Education office in Houston, TX. I've have been chosen to recieve a scholarship to spend a year studying Chinese in Taiwan. I'm gonna take it. The prospect is really exciting, and I've started really looking forward to it. Now, what I have to look forward to is lots of logistics: getting my application into the university, buying a plane ticket, getting a visa, and i'm sure tons of things I havent even thought of yet. This I'm sure is going to be an awesome experience. it'll be over 365 days straight away from the USA; something that i'm sure will be hard, but will also be a wonderful opportunity for personal growth, and for memories that will last a lifetime. I truly can't express how excited I am!
