My little sister
My little sister, brought a cheese ball to dinner. A gorgeous Martha Stewart of a cheese ball. It was supposed to look like a pinecone, so it was kind of teardrop shaped, but she covered it in almond slices, jutting out and it truly did look like a pinecone! A huge, cheesy, delicious pinecone! It was amazing! She gave me a big wedge of it to take home with me. Then I remembered a quote from Julia Childs. "If you see an artfully, beautifully arranged platter of food, it means someone's hands have been all over it". ew. But don't get me wrong, I ate it!
