odd day
Went to the gym today. As soon as I walked into the weight room, I saw a girl wearing a Mason Hall 08-09 shirt. Weird. Didn't recognize her, but her friend looked vaguely familiar. Then a girl I knew in high school came in. She looked exactly the same. I'd like to thing I've changed my appearance a little. I didn't make eye contact or anything since I never really liked her.
Yesterday, my neighbor (the wife) knocked on the door and told my mom she had to speak to me. I was taking my post work nap, so no dice. Background: she's probably 70 something and going senile. So today I call her to see what was going on. She couldn't seem to figure out why I was calling at first, and then asked in that awful patronizing tone that only people who've reproduced can produce, why I was in her house going through her dresser drawers. Great. I've got a crazy, Alzheimers-y neighbor who thinks I go through her stuff. WTF. It was such a weird phone call. Anywho, I've had my weirdness quota for today and will be going to bed now since I have to get up at 5:50 tomorrow. *Groan*
