This entire summer feels more like spring than anything else. What's with all of the rain? Though, it raining a lot means not having to water our grass. How old have I become that I now get excited about not having to water my lawn?
Last night it rained so hard that the water actually went through the screens! It's a good thing I woke up because otherwise who knows how much water would have come in and onto our stupidly expensive hardwood floors? And more importantly...the water sitting there for 5 hours would have likely done some damage.
We got a patio set last week. It's nice to be able to eat outside! And this fall I'm going to get my brother to build us a deck! Exciting times.
