So this is a random update, but I need to speak. Today I read that Mississippi now has the highest teen pregnancy rate. So, that kind of sucks, but what sucks more was what was said at the end of this article on it:

They say stuff like less availability for birth control, which is reasonable and probably true. But what pissed me off you ask? It was right at the end of the article.
"It's more costly for youth in the Northeast to have a teen birth than for youth in the South, in terms of opportunities they'll miss," he said.
What the hell. Good to know we in the south don't have any opportunities or futures to miss out on. Let's just go make some babies ya'll!
