i hate where i am in my job...
i am a technician...i work in an important area that researcher are around and use everyday.
I have a boss that is never in my area.
She has a boss that is never in our department.
there are directions coming from above that are pissing the researchers off...and that hostility goes to me. They don't seem to understand that I'm just following directions and I have no real power to change it...
then when the bosses and researchers get together, they kiss each other asses and tell each other what they want to hear. Then they both come back at me with their personal opinions.
there is no way to win. as i've heard so much the past year...shit rolls down hill and I am at the bottom neck deep with a stupid smirk on my face.
can't wait for tomorrow!
