My major is going to be painful but be completely worth it. I've dabbled in very little computer programming. Mainly Python and a little C++. I've written very basic programs. Nothing to rave about by any means. I decided tonight I was going to make an effort to start learning Java from scratch. God it's given me a headache LOL. I can't even remember half of what I read. So that means I'm going to have to re-read tomorrow. It's the most used computer language though so I know I'm going to need it. Plus from what I've read learning it will make learning C+ and C++ much easier. Though I don't know why it's still necessary to learn either of those now that C# is out. But whatever. After I've learned Java I'm going to really study Python. I'm hoping to have those two under my belt by the time I actually start my major-specific classes LOL. And by under my belt I of course mean have at least a basic knowledge of how to use each of them. Eventually I hope to know Java, C+/C++/C#, Python, PHP, Perl, Visual Basic, Assembly, and once I'm really hard core Binary. LOL. Such high aspirations I hope I'm able to achieve them. Haha. That was a nervous laugh by the way not an arrogant one. God that's just the computer languages. That's not including the MS or CISCO Certification. Or any of the other stuff I want to get done before getting my BS. Then there's still graduate school for a MS. God I'm going to be in school forever. Oh well. My fault for starting so late in the game. I'd be done if I had gone right out of high school. Now I'll be lucky to get done by the times I'm 27. *Sigh*
