Man, today really sucks. I'm getting a relapse of the @$#%ing cold I had last week, and work has been CRAZY. Well, at least it has been since noon. Before that, we had plenty of people on the phone to handle all the calls; but, of course, they let 3 people leave early since it was slow. Right before the rush we have at 12:00 every single day.
