More like oh, it was that girl!

So earlier today I went to Trader Joe's - and miraculously came out with only a single bag's worth of stuff - and when I was doing the whole money in exchange for goods part of the transaction I kept feeling like I knew the cashier. But I couldn't place her because she was too young to have been someone I went to school or work with. Then as I was leaving I saw her nametag. That's when it clicked - I knew her from the Stitch n Bitch that I used to go to. Back then, she'd had a job as an up and coming graphic designer.

I kinda regretted not realizing who she was sooner since if nothing else I would've said hi. Plus I'm sure there's a story involved with the career change. But then again the story of the career change is probably an obvious one considering the current economic climate. Yeeesh.

Tomorrow will be yet another day of me hugging my desk. Possibly even chaining myself to it.
