20 Things Every Woman Should Do Before She Gets Married
My sister got married earlier this month. I have mixed feelings about it, but meh it is what works for her. I should be working on a job app, but of course I'm not doing shit.

1. Live by herself for at least a year.
- No. I am working on this though. I really want to live by myself and don't really want a roommate. Le sigh. I just don't make enough to where I can afford this and afford owning a car/traveling/life/etc.
2. Live with someone else for at least a year.
+ Yes. Had roommates in college and now.
3. Recover from a broken heart.
+ Yes. High School . . . oh man that was a hard break up for me.
4. Have a vacation fling.
- No. No way I'm going to have sex with some random guy on a vacation, but I've gotten fondled by a few!
5. Take a road-trip with a group of girlfriends.
+ Yes. I took a road trip with my little sister to Miami earlier this year. She's female.
6. Relish sleeping in a queen-sized bed by herself.
- / + Maybe. I don't have a queen sized bed, and neither does he. We both sleep on full sized beds, and I have shared beds with mans on queen, full, and yes, twin-XL.
7. Get her finances in order.
+ Yes. I have a plan.
8. Learn to love her body.
+ Yes. The key word being "learn". I am going to the gym at least twice a week and am trying to eat well overall.
9. Have sex with at least one person she’d never want to marry (or introduce to mom).
+ Yes. Fat, redneck smoker guy with no degree!
10. Find reliable birth control.
- / + Maybe. I used to be on birth control, but ehh I'm not that great on taking the pill religiously.
11. Pay off as much credit card debt and student loans as possible.
+ Yes. I only have a car payment and that shit gets paid off next year!
12. Spend way too much on a something frivolous.
+ Yes. Like my WoW subscription, LOL.
13. Exorcise all past relationship demons.

+ Yes. Visited Panama and doing moar!

- No. I know a lot of people, but I don't keep too many people close to me - just the way I am I guess. I don't feel like having to keep up with people like my married ass sister.

+ Yes. I already have.
17. Have at least one night she can’t quite remember.
+ Yes. Twenty-first birthday. I had wayyyyyy too much alcohol that night.

+ Yes. I went on a semi-blind date with a mormon guy once. He was creepy as fuck. Talk about a 27 year old red head, fat, balding guy still living with his parents in the middle of bumfuck Florida trying to get an engineering degree. No thanks.
19. Find hobbies that fulfill her.
+ Yes. I work out and play video games. It feels pretty fulfilling for right now. Otherwise, I'd probably devote more time to nerding around with computers or scrapbooking.
20. Celebrate her 25th birthday.
+ Yes. Been 25 for at least a month.
That's like 15/20. Man I might have to get married soon. WTF.
