Christmas Pondering
Okay, so the time has come for me to begin thinking about christmas. As i find it impossible to shop for other people unless i give myself months to do it, and everyone else still doesn't know that they can buy me anime, graphic novels of the western or eastern persuasion, fantasy/action/comedy movies, rpg games, or fantasy novels and im happy.
So every year i need to make a list because my family always ask me what do you want. And to save me the confusion of remember who i told what to, i make a list and let them figure out if they want to get me anything from it. It usually gets used for my birthday as well, because i always make sure to write down more than they would get me so i'm at least a little bit surprised.(Partially the reason that i've lost most of my love of christmas is that loss of surprise.)
Figured i'd make a rough list for my own reference.
SO here goes,
Games Related:
Money for PS3:P(Yes its still expensive so this is very unlikely to make it to the final list)
Assassins Creed(Xbox360)
Blue Dragon(Xbox360)((Looks good but from what i played of the demo i can wait for it)
Guitar Hero 2 or 3(Xbox360)(Was going to get 2, but i only just found out about the 3rd one coming out, so its a possibility)
Heroes of Mana(DS)(Square-enix just kicks your mums ass and throws it back to her)
Legend of Zelda:Phantom Hourglass(DS)(Maybe)
Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer(PC)(To be honest i don't need it yet as i haven't finished NWN2 yet, and i don't know if i'll run on my Computer, NWN2 barely does)
Smackdown vs Raw 2008(Xbox360)(Don't watch wrestling anymore but the games are fun)
Think thats enough games? Yeah me too.
Graphic Novels and Manga:
Death and Return of Superman Omnibus(i'm too much of a cheapskate to buy it myself:p)
Priest; Volume 7 onwards
Ultimate Xmen Annual; Volume 7 onwards(i think there only is a volume 7 at the moment)
And anything else they'd think i like.
Book(Novels):
The storys by Diana Wynne Jones. Mainly Howls Moving Castle and Castle in the Air. After watching Howls Moving Castle on Dvd i want to read the storys in those books. If i like those i'll probably read more of her books.
Dvd's:(if half of them are out
House Season 3
Jackie Chan Movies(Any)
Smallville Season 6
Superman Movies II-IV
And thats it for now. I'm in work so i can't really think. Yes i know thats lots, but i don't even expect most of it, as i said its so they can pick and choose.
Now i've got to think of a second anniversary present *bites nails* I'm sure i can think of something.
