Band performance: well i know the songs pretty well. its just that Hogan is implying all these new things 1 week before the performance. like "OK ok ok now this time we are going to break on the 1 beat for one bar. so its going to be 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1!- - -
1 2... on the 4th the horns are going to come in. oh and ian hit the snare on the one there." no one got it the first time. most stopped on the 2 or just kept playing. and thats Cantalope Island. now Chameleon, i suck at the fill between the break and melody. so.. im going to just rest and then do a little fill. fuck it. also i gotta use the ride for the piano solo. which is ok, its just the ride is usually on the quarter note and the beat is not very.. quarter note friendly. but i got it. now Sofrito. the break sucks. i dont know where the One is. i just guess and im usually right, but sometimes everyone will look at me when i do the crash and say "what the hell was that?!" well actually just paul.
SATs: well i can say im ready. i studied during the summer and near the middle of this school year. essays are easy if i remember what my 7th grade teacher taught me. math is not hard for me as long as i got my calculator. me and my calc have been through some times, that we have. i probably would have failed 8th grade math if i didnt have that calc. anyways. english. um. well. my vocab is, okay. ( and thats when chris pointed out all the mistakes in this entry)
Prom: now im not really a dance going guy, but i cant pass up an opportunity to wear a tux. so Michelle Quema and i are going together. her dress is black, and my tux is black and red. she got me this thing that we're not sure what its called to wear. oh well. when i was getting fitted i was in the dressing room and i looked up and someone wrote "I looked like a pimp biatch!". well, i laughed. i bought 2 hankerchiefs. i want a hat.
well im bored. now and i have some songs to record. byyeee for a long time.
