Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Two words: bloody brilliant. 500% better than all of the previous films combined, if I do say so myself, and that's not to imply the past films were anything less than amazing! I'm not surprised I enjoyed it so much, though, because it was my favorite book. PLEASE BEAR MY CHILDREN, ORDER OF THE PHOENIX! I have nothing but praise for this film. Snape, Luna, and Ron in particular impressed me with their performances. But everybody was smashing. <3
My only small disappointment was that the flashback sequence with Snape wasn't longer. Hopefully, there will be an extended version on the DVD, since they had to hire the younger version of Snape anyway, right!? (Please, God!) I wish there could have been a few more occlumency lessons, too... more Snape, more Snape!... :< And my dearest Draco was a bit MIA. Why can't the movies be, say, 5 hours longer? That would suit me just fine.
Anyway, I'm planning on seeing it again in IMAX 3D. *squee!* Life is most excellently excellent, is it not?
