Extended Summary
Peter has a dream of a man, Gabriel, trying to kill himself.
That morning he sees the same man from his dream on the street. He starts to call out to him, but when Gabriel turns around to look at him he loses his nerve and Gabriel walks away.
Later the same day Peter changes his mind and calls Gabriel, although no one is home or at least picks up the phone. He leaves a message telling Gabriel who he is and about the dream he had and that killing himself isn't the answer and that he's coming over. Peter then leaves to go to Gabriel's house.
Meanwhile Gabriel is cleaning up his apartment, contemplating killing himself, even though he did hear the message Peter left him, but he thought Peter wasn't serious. While cleaning he hears a knock on his door and goes to answer it, only to find that it actually is Peter.
Peter is slightly embarrassed for actually coming to his house, but he tells Gabriel he does want to save him. Gabriel is just shocked that someone, whom he doesn't even really know, actually cares for him so much and happily lets him inside.
Gabriel then explains why and what led him to contemplate killing himself, but now that he's met Peter... everything's different.
Notes: *cough* Okay, I do not think my like... manipping skills in this were entirely epic, so... yes. :P And sorry the dialogue does not exactly sync properly. :/
