Happy CNY!!
Last night, I finally met up with Qiz after what seemed like ages! I am so glad that she hasn't changed one bit and our friendship is still as comfortable as ever. I wished I wasn't feeling a little sick, we had so much to catch up on! She filled me in on what I've been missing, and it is just so sad to hear how much your friends have changed. We talked about the good ol' times, and I certainly wish we could stay that way and never grow up! We had Carl's Junior at Vivo, and but the highlight of the night would be drinks at Cafe Del Mar. It was my first trip on Sentosa Express and it was kind of exciting! Haha!
Cafe Del Mar wasn't exactly what I expected, but I love the deck chairs, the pool and the sand! The sea breeze was really relaxing. Good way to end the day after work, I say.

After the really yummy brekkie, I left to meet Sherman at Chinatown. He wanted to get some clothes and check out the new year goodies. When we reached the shop, he took about 5 minutes to decide what he wanted while I tried on dozens of different tops and dresses. It became more of a shopping trip for me! In the end, I left the shop with a pair of shoes that I really don't think I need, but still got it anyway. =x
We had lunch at a road side hawker center, and the food is surprisingly good! It was quite cool to dine by the roads, kind of feel like the 80's!

Okay, time for some major spring cleaning! My room is so messy! And then it's out for reunion dinner with the family at Marina Square. I'm definitely feeling the new year vibe! So exciting! Best part of it - NO WORK!! (:
