My appetite has doubled up lately. A sure sign of stress!
Breakfast: 4 slcies of bread (peanut butter sandwich + luncheon sandwich)
Morning break: 4 packets of wang wang
Lunch: Fish mian sian + fruit juice
It's tea break now and i'm still hungry! Uh, not good. No wonder sherman is concerned. He knows this only happens when i'm stressed! And i have been craving peanut butter so much lately, it's driving me crazy.
I'm also itching to cook. Another sign of stress. Think pancakes and scrambled eggs for brekkie. Think piping hot fresh-from-the-oven banana cake. Yum! Thank God it's friday.
