Wow. Apparently on Friday, the RIAA and Michigan cops raided the Motor City Comic Con looking for dealers with bootleg merchandise on sale.
I wonder if MCCC got the same attendance boost from a raid that SFX got?
Amusingly enough, it was a couple years ago at MCCC that I saw Kill Bill Vol 1 for sale on the same day it was released to theatres. Got to see the suburban house fight scene that day.
