Mogget left me a present by my bed today. I found it when I returned from dinner. I'm flattered he gives me gifts, but it's not like I really need a dead mouse. I wonder if I could get one of the house elves to take it? I'm worried it will make the room smell terrible if I put in the bin.

Father's letter also arrived today! He's in Romania now.

Foggy and rainy, but pretty. The countryside is nice. You should visit over summer one day, it's much nicer then. Christmas hols are always chilly!
