What I can make: Sims, buymode/buildmode recolours and retextures, and homecrafter items.

Notes: I didn't include a cc free version of the sim because I couldn't decide on a default skin (I don't have anything close in colour to that skintone) but if its a problem, I can provide one. Let me know if there is anything you would want changed :)
