I have your gift ready for you. It's a bit early, but I know that I will be very busy in the next 10 days, so I decided to try and work on it now and get it to you before the deadline. I must admit, it was a lot of fun trying to figure out how to create those style of buildings using TS2. The Stick Style gave me the hardest time, but I hope you like them!

I bring to the trade 6 buildings, all zoned residential. You can change them to apartment lots since sometimes wonkiness happens when downloading apartment lots. This also gives you the opportunity to make last minute tweaks and add your own CC. The buildings are mostly bare with mostly exterior work done. I tried to limit the CC whenever possible.

Let's start with the Stick Style, the bane of my existence. I bring you a 2x2 apartment lot that resembled some stick-style rowhouses I found on the interwebs :) There's a bonus room in the "basement" that can be a family room, or even a private teen hangout.




Next are two Streamline Moderne lots. One is a 2x2 lot destined to be an apartment, or maybe a really large house. Each unit has it's own yard space with minimal landscaping to keep with the modern aesthetics.




The other a tiny 1x2 lot that you can use several in a row to create your own neighborhood of homes. There is even a bit of yard space with this home as well.




Finally, we have the Italiantes. There are three lots. A 1x1 tiny lot for a small family that doesn't care about yard space and doesn't mind walking up and down lots of stairs. There's a rooftop terrace so you can add a small garden.




Then a 1x2 lot for a family that does care about yard space. With a front garden and back garden space.




Last, a 2x2 lot destined to be an apartment lot with each unit having it's own yard space. The front gardens would be treated as common areas if you zone these as apartments.




I tried to give you some variety to mix and match buildings to create your own neighborhood sections. Exterior paints can easily be changed for more variety.

OMG you are amazing. I love them! I'm sorry the Stick style gave you trouble, but I more than appreciate what you were able to do. I'm going to place them in my hoods as soon as I can. I'm working at a pace of one dress a day so it shouldn't take to long to get your gift. And thank you again. <3

It's ok, I just don't have the CC to make the intricate wood paneling designs on the exterior. Hopefully you have some CC walls that work better. I'm glad you like them, enjoy playing with them, I enjoyed building them the Streamline
Moderne and Stick were new building styles for me.

Thank you, I understand about the deadline sometimes life happens :) the dresses do look wonderful, I can't wait to get my greedy hands on them. I'm gaining to play with those hairs today, I have a few sims that need makeovers

I'm glad you like the hairs. ^_^ The Flowing Frock had some issues with the straps since there is no real TS2 equivalent. (I tried the Elder Shawl but it really didn't help). So I had to animate it by hand and do a lot of trial and error. Once I smooth that out it, all that's left is to fix the animations on the back of some of the dresses and the dresses will be yours this week. ;)

Don't worry about it. These dresses were pretty straightforward which is why I was surprised by some of the issues I was having but I'm done!




All five requested Romanaza Dress for Teens. (Young) Adults and Elders with Sentate's shoes and all texture referenced to Adults save space. Download from Left to Right: Wrap Gown, It's All in the Hips, Flowing Frock, Splendidly Strapless, & Ace of Lace.

I did the best I could with the straps on the Flowing Frock dress but they still look rather odd (especially in bodyshop) but I'm not sure if there's anything more I can do about it. :( I remeshed it from the original and did a lot of animation testing but its the best I can do with my current knowledge/time frame. I hope you still like it. It's very Disney princess like. :)

These are amazing! I'm so excited that I need to bump up some weddings just to abuse these dresses.

Do they have the morphs as well? I have a pregnant teen on need of a shotgun wedding dress :)

Originally I had Fat morphs for Teens & Elders and Preg & Fat for Adult but I updated the Teen meshes to add preg morphs and fixed the excess clipping on the all of the dresses. I updated the download links with the new meshes but you can nab them all here.
