I would like to join

What I Can Make: I can make you a few desert, grungy lots that are tiny

My General Style: maxis-match

What I'd Like to Receive: I'm not too picky. I don't mind you testing your new skills with me. I'm not familiar with what skills you're learning, so if you can let me know what else you're learning (you said shoe swapping, so I wouldn't mind some maxis meshes switched with other maxis shoes, I just need to look up which ones) and I n give you a few ideas.

I would definitely love some grungy little desert lots from you!

At the moment the skill I'm focusing most on is shoeswapping, so I'd love to try some Maxis swaps for you if there's anything specific you had in mind. After that, the next to-learn meshing skill on my list is TS3 conversions, but I'd want to get more comfortable before I made anything to show the world :)

I proved not up to the challenge of doing much with the gladiator shoes or strappy sandals, so I wanted to see before I got much further how you feel about these wedges on the Jessica dress?

Thank you they're perfect!

I have your gift as well. I bring you five lots. Two residential homes on 1x1 lots, two community lots on 1x1 lots and one apartment on 1x3 lot.

The Sandgrabb family (no relation to the Landgrabb family) brought land in the desert when it was cheap and it's still cheap, but they're hoping that in the future they will make some profits. For now, they're content with slumlording.

They have two condos

a one bedroom unit with a rooftop garden, roaches and a few dust bunnies
