What I Can Make: I'm new to creating (hoping to improve by doing trades) but I can do Sims, SC4 terrains, simple retextures (paintings, walls and floors, for example), texture replacements (if anyone wants werefoxes in their game for whatever reason - done!), 4-, 8- and 12-PT sets if anyone's interested, and I did once make an invisible recolour

Trade accepted, I'll get started on that terrain once I'm done typing. As for lots, I'm looking for things that would make my hood feel more like a community than a bunch of separate lots... my Nuidya don't have shops or anything like that, but they need places to celebrate important events, hold council meetings and other gatherings, and just plain goof around and have fun. I'd also like to have a small school-type lot where the elders can pass on skills and oral history to younger Sims (and give the younger Sims' parents a break!). So a couple of things like that would be great.

Here's my gift to you:
This SC4 terrain - I recommend using a camera mod. Four small islands on one map take up a surprising amount of space.

My general style: 1920's themed, semi-realistic (I do use maxis match for clothing/items)
What I would like to receive: Either some wallpaper or maybe some replacement clothing for my sims? Or you could make me a terrain that would be good for a city? (roads go all over but have enough space for community lots, maybe with it having some beach area?) I honestly don't care, I like being surprised :)

What I can make: Object conversions from TSM, TS3 or castaway, basic object recolours and mesh editing, default replacements for accessories (like wands, pens, spatulas, etc.), as long as I don't have to build them from scratch because I'm restricted to copy-pasting in milkshape and photoshop both. :)
My general style: Maxis match, victorian/country.
What I would like to receive: I'd love a small, tight downtown terrain, sort of like the university hoods, or maybe some exterior walls? I love wood siding with trim in different colours. If you've seen Haven on TV or google Lunenburg houses, those are the sort of walls I mean.
