Kung Fu kicked my ass today...And I loved it.
For sure up there with those hockey games and practices I would play in the Miami sun...But this Kung Fu kiddies...Holy balls, much harder than Taekwondo...It's great.
I got conditioning tomorrow morning and work...Should be fun.
