How can you choose one thing to do for the rest of your life

i have had soo many jobs and learned so many feilds of work
yet nothing has grabbed my attention as something i could do
day in day out until i retire....except opening a Venue
so maybe i guess i am going to have to as usual go against
societies general standards and take a big risk

but where
maybe not ottawa.....but where

how do you choose a market, i don't even know how to start
the research.......i guess its time to start drinking

oh and something big is coming up a very special day for
a very special person !!!!!! i am not telling yet figure
it out for yourselves chumps
