letters to my Chinese friends

While most of my journal entries are sort of narcissistic letters to my American friends, I thought that while I'm in the USA for "the holidays" I'd try to write some addressed to my Chinese friends. Possible topics include "Home for the Holidays," "Hottubbing," "Return of the Non-native," and so on. Please let me know if there are any burning issues that I should cover in my attempt to be completely comprehensive in my description of American culture.
