Since Lucas was born, I've been hanging out with Ollie a ton. Man, I love that kid. He so damn funny and so damn cute, I have a hard time not telling him I love him about every five seconds. I hope I don't embarrass him too much when he gets older...

In other news, I saw my first eagle of the year today. Well, the first one I got a decent look at anyway. He was circling above the river as I came over the bridge, so I pulled onto Deer Island, parked and ran to the water's edge. I watched him cruise back and forth low over the water about a hundred or so yards from me for a good five minutes. Awesome.
