Cool Mail
Well, I’ve discovered two things about myself: (1) I need to read much more (“A leader must be a reader!”), and (2) I need to eat more (one and a half meals a day doesn’t cut it).
A couple of cool items came in the mail, today!
(1) A Buddy Greene CD, Hymns & Prayer Songs -- which is Heidi’s fault at work... Hehe. She had it playing in the car, and we sang several songs together, so I just had to buy it! It’s somewhat bluegrass-ish music.
(2) Three John Piper books: Desiring God, Don’t Waste Your Life, and Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ -- which is all Charity’s fault... She convinced me that he must be really good. =)
And, the last part is Sam’s fault. ;) I’m going to have a quote attached to the end of each post. ...
