I am a girl who wears a headcovering. It is surprising how many men still take off their hats when they pray and go into places of workship but so many women are very anti it. I have also got to go out with my dog in the dark in a minuite. I am in England and we now have dark mornings.

It is somewhat surprising. I used to take of my hat when I prayed, then I thought about it and was like, "Why?" For consistency's sake, now, I don't usually take it off -- except in a church service.

Well, the bible does say that it is a shame for a man to pray with his head covered, but I guess that's up to you...
