I don't know for sure. That's a National Colour secret, I'm assuming. Something they wouldn't share with the Chromatics, let along Greys.

Very. Colour gardens for the town are controlled by Colourmen and National Colour. Colourful clothing and doors and anything else is very difficult to come by.

Have you ever asked one of the scientists here to work out the chemical compounds in those colours?
